Fee when seated

The fee is earned only when a driver we referred is hired and dispatched.

Half & half

Typical structure: half at first dispatch, half at day 30. Exact fee is quoted per lane and position.

60-day replacement

If a driver we placed leaves within 60 days, we replace them free.

We never collect SSNs, dates of birth or license numbers, and we don't run background checks.
