The plain-English version of what we collect, what we do with it, and how to make us stop texting you.

Who we are

Road Ready Crew LLC ("Road Ready Crew," "we," "us") is a Florida-based truck-driver recruiting and referral service. We connect CDL drivers with trucking companies ("carriers"). Carriers pay us when they hire a driver we referred. Drivers never pay us anything. We don't employ or lease drivers, and carriers make all hiring decisions.

What we collect

From drivers: name, phone, email, ZIP code, CDL class, endorsements, years of experience, self-reported accidents and moving violations, job preferences (freight, routes, home time), employment status, start date, the confirmations you check (English proficiency, U.S. CDL / work authorization, call and text consent), any notes you add, and a referral code if you used one.
From carriers: company name, contact name, phone, email, MC/DOT number and hiring details.
From referrers: your name, phone, optional email and your referral link.
Basic technical info: the date and time of your submission and the page you sent it from. Our web host may keep standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, or bank information. Please don't send them to us. Carriers collect those on their own official application when you apply with them.

How we use it

To contact you about trucking jobs that fit what you told us
To match you with carriers and follow up after you're hired (like at first dispatch and day 30)
To track referrals and pay referral bonuses
To answer carrier inquiries and run our business

Who we share it with

Carriers: we only send your profile to a carrier after we've talked with you about that job.
Service providers that help us run the site, store form data, and send calls, texts and email. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone else for their own marketing.

Calls & text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our forms, you're agreeing to this:

What we send: messages about job matches, application follow-ups, scheduling and check-ins after you start. Referrers may also get messages about their referrals and bonus.
How often: it varies. Usually a few messages while we're working on a job match with you.
Cost: message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We don't charge for texts.
Stop anytime: reply STOP to any text to opt out. You'll get one message confirming it. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP, or email hello@roadreadycrew.com.
Not required: you don't have to agree to calls or texts to work with us. Email us instead and we'll keep it to email.
Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies & tracking

Right now this site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our referral feature may save a referral code in your browser for the current visit so the right person gets credit. If we add analytics or ad tracking later, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep driver and carrier info as long as it's useful for matching and for our business records, and we delete it sooner if you ask (unless we have to keep something by law).

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete your info: email hello@roadreadycrew.com.
Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop calls: tell us on the call or email us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and limit who can see your info. No website or app is 100% secure, so this is one more reason we never ask for your SSN or license number.

Kids

This site is for adults looking for trucking work. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with a new date.
